Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of project management, including meticulous planning, stringent cost control, rigorous quality management, efficient procurement coordination, and strategic deployment of skilled manpower.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Uphold the highest standards by ensuring that materials and installation work meet the project’s predefined criteria.</li><li>Oversee and enforce strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and implement robust quality control measures to uphold superior standards throughout the project.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive bid summaries, accompanied by insightful recommendations for approval by the Managing Director.</li><li>Thoroughly evaluate and analyze project requirements, costs, and timelines to provide accurate recommendations.</li><li>Acquire and manage all relevant information pertaining to design, drawings, and engineering for the project.</li><li>Foster effective communication and timely delivery of project information by collaborating with stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain well-structured project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Implement effective cost control measures to ensure optimal project profitability.</li><li>Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify potential delays or risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.</li><li>Establish and enforce robust project-specific quality management and control processes.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure unwavering compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Promptly address any quality issues, liaising with stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Ensure timely mobilization of all necessary personnel and labor required for the project.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and project teams to assess manpower requirements and allocate resources efficiently, including staff training and appraisals.</li><li>Oversee the deployment and utilization of manpower, optimizing productivity throughout the project duration.</li><li>Implement and monitor strict compliance with health, safety, environment, and security protocols.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to promptly address any safety or environmental concerns.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the procurement department to ensure timely procurement of all essential materials and equipment.</li><li>Thoroughly review purchase orders and contracts, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with project requirements.</li><li>Proactively resolve any procurement-related issues or delays to minimize disruptions during the project.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a highly proficient Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within the UAE.</li><li>Possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Showcase in-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.</li><li>Exhibit outstanding project management abilities, including meticulous planning, precise scheduling, and effective cost control.</li><li>Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.</li><li>Ability to interpret design drawings, engineering specifications, and other technical documents.</li><li>Display exceptional leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools.</li><li>Proficient in project management software and tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Competitive salary and attractive benefits package.</li></ul>
