Join us and let’s get started.<br> <br><strong>Job Description<br></strong> <ul><li>Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.</li> <li>Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.</li> <li>Consistently delivers profit margins planned.</li> <li>Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.</li> <li>Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).</li> <li>Manages more complex clients and projects.</li> <li>Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.</li> <li>Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.</li> <li>Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.</li> <li>Prepares invoices on behalf of AECOM and actively manages and monitors project costs.</li> <li>Must have UAE and more specifically Abu Dhabi experience.</li> <li>Must have pre-contract procurement and tendering experience.</li> <li>Must have local knowledge of statutory and authority approvals.</li> <li>Must have at least 10 years of construction industry and project management experience.</li> <li>Minimum qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management or equivalent.</li> <br></ul><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><strong>Additional Information<br></strong> <br>With infrastructure investment accelerating worldwide, our services are in great demand, and there’s never been a better time to be at AECOM!
