Raya International Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is looking to hire an Oracle Project Manager with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

– Perform project control activities – including but not limited to – creating and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports and meeting minutes and coordinating staffing activities using a shared resource pool.
– Manage successful client ERP implementation/integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.
– Manage customer expectations, deliver projects within scope and budget, and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success.
– Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
– Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting and tracking.
– Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
– Track expense, project timeframe and customer satisfaction to achieve Project Gross Profit index.
– Manage and communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives and motivate the Project Management team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
– Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
