Job Description
Ctelecoms is looking for a Project Manager :
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution of multiple projects.
- Track project costs in order to meet the budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan and project schedule to monitor and track progress.
- Share project plans with customers as well as other staff members.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Materials ordering follow-up to ensure availability as scheduled.
- Manage contracts with sub-contractors (if any) by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Utilize industry/field best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Measure and track performance.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Report and escalate risks/issues as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client/ third parties and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Three years of experience in the field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
Other knowledge, Additional Competencies:
- V. Good level of both English and Arabic is required.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Teams/Project.
