Ctelecoms is looking for a Project Manager :

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution of multiple projects.
  • Track project costs in order to meet the budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan and project schedule to monitor and track progress.
  • Share project plans with customers as well as other staff members.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Materials ordering follow-up to ensure availability as scheduled.
  • Manage contracts with sub-contractors (if any) by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Utilize industry/field best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Measure and track performance.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Report and escalate risks/issues as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client/ third parties and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Three years of experience in the field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Other knowledge, Additional Competencies:

  • V. Good level of both English and Arabic is required.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Teams/Project.
