<strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Determine and define project scope and objectives. </li><li> Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. </li><li> Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. </li><li> Track project costs in order to meet budget. </li><li> Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan </li><li> Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. </li><li> Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. </li><li> Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. </li><li> Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed! </li><li> Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. </li><li> Responsibility of product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. </li><li> Working closely with all relevant departments to ensure the success of the project/product. </li><li> Ensuring excellent project/product delivery, defining product vision and strategy. </li><li> Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities. </li><li> To set the long-term vision and strategy. </li><li> To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders. </li><li> Ensures that the product supports the companyโ€™s overall strategy and goals. </li><li> To work with customers and company leadership to define the product direction. </li><li> Development, writing specifications, and supervising development progression. </li><li> Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. </li><li> Meetings from high-level strategic planning to comprehensive workshops with developers and designers, to managing client-vendor relationships. </li><li> Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements. </li><li> Influence cross-functional teams. </li><li> Oversee all marketing efforts, evaluate, and assess creative content and analyze market data. </li><li> Develop and execute marketing strategies, and creation of marketing campaigns. </li><li> Develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. This includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. </li><li> Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners. </li><li> Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications / Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 5+ years of project management and related experience </li><li> Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred </li><li> Proven ability to solve problems creatively </li><li> Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices </li><li> Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle </li><li> Excellent analytical skills </li><li> Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful </li><li> Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline </li><li> Experience in delivering complex digital platforms </li><li> Preferable to be local </li><li> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field</li></ul>
