Job Description:

You as a Project Management Administrator will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Coordinate aspects of the project and support Project Managers in the management and execution of the project. Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables A Specialist Para-Professional (S4) requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Training, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower-level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating of delivery notes and factory gate passes for material delivery.
  • Submission of hard-copies drawings & manuals.
  • Collecting store and Delivery to customer of Spare parts / Special Tools / Laptops.
  • Following up site NCR material and keeping a track.
  • ​Coordinating dispatch / return of defective material for repair from suppliers with SCM and keeping a track.
  • Arranging site missing / replacement material in projects in coordination PM and delivery to site

Your background         

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Previous experience in the Microsoft Software.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
