Your Role : As a Customer Excellence Specialist you organize and supervise the transport of all orders and ensure that your customers are overall satisfied. HSE and data quality is always at the forefront of the work you do. You act as the customer’s front-line support by providing information and answering questions while building and maintaining a strong and trustful partnership with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and BU. The specialist is responsible for the profitability of orders, correct invoicing and data quality. Your Responsibilities
- Arrange and supervise the transport of cargo
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date promptly
- Monitor the operational performance of all involved parties and report any issues that may occur
- Review and ensure that any KPIs agreed with the customer are met
- Participate in training to develop yourself and your knowledge
- Immediately report problems when they occur
- Execute the business in line with rates given by ensuring profit maximization
- Manage GP planning
Your Skills and Experiences
- 2+ Years’ experience in project Logistics, preferably gained in a 3PL or competitive services environment.
- English fluent oral and written communicator with strong presentation skills
- Proven problem solver
- Motivator of people with a focus on empowering individuals/teams to succeed
