Job Summary
This is a key role to support the Open Banking Ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Specifically to act as the ‘Onboarding Lead’ for the KSA Open Banking Certification Centre, which is operated by Saudi Payments (SP), a division of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing user access requests for the OB Lab (in Sandbox applications) see below
- Overseeing the preparation of weekly reports on users, usage, and certification status
- Presenting weekly reports to the SP management team
- Managing updates to user guides and FAQs
- Publishing conformance certifications relating to banks and fintech (which will be processed by the certification team)
- Preparing and sending email communications to banks and fintech relating to any aspects of the certification framework
- Reporting to SP’s Certification Manager
- Managing one Onboarding Analyst
- Working closely with other team members in the certification team (who will manage and process all certification requests and queries from banks and fintech)
- Attending other meetings as/when required.
Skills & experience
- Essential requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in leading or managing technology teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written, oral English and Arabic communication skills
- Expert-level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
- Ability to travel and work in KSA (for periods of 3-4 weeks at a time every alternate month)
- Ability to work remotely
- Highly desirable:
- Experience with open banking standards and concepts
- Fluent written and oral Arabic communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
