Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This position exist to take full responsibility of overall management of Project execution department .
Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards.
Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the department to a further step.

Key Accountability Areas
·         Apply knowledge, skills, tools, & technique to project activity to meet projects requirement.
·         Develop the Tools of projects/orders like master plan, IPO process that help processing project with reduce wasting time and easy to trace
·         Decision making (like commitment, Monthly planning, MOS, set priorities) to insure customer satisfaction.
·         Prepare project Monthly plan
·         Prepare required reports that provide clear picture to the management about open project backlog, booking, Estimate profit,…for better judgement
·         Define all facilities to release the project from each milestone (Receive IPO, Design, Metal, materials, Production, QC, and customer inspection).
·         Plan project schedule, and monitor the given commitment.
·         Monitor & control project processes ( IPO, Planning, execution, closing)
·         Resolving the ambiguity and conflicting issues during execution of projects
·         Manage conflict in the project/ Order activity and between milestones.
·         Control schedule by monitoring the status of project activities to recognize deviation from the plan and take correction, corrective actions and minimize risk.
·         Manage & control communications throughout project life cycle and insure the information needs are reached.

Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them.
Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
