Our office is located in Adliyeh/Badaro.
Imperial USA is a Commercial Door, Frame and Architectural Hardware distributor located in Charlotte NC. Our Customers are Commercial Developers, Construction Managers and General Contractors.
We seek a Project Manager to work closely with our clients on the day-to-day management of project schedules, ensuring timely submittals and managing the procurement process of doors, frames and hardware throughout the life cycle of the project.
Duties include: (Will Train the Right Candidate)
- Manage the Submittal and Procurement Process of Projects Assigned to you.
- Detail Door, frame and hardware schedules for approval by customer.
- Ensure the prompt return of submittals and manage project deadlines.
- Maintain good rapport with clients and good communication regarding submittals and delivery dates.
- Coordinate Procurement and release of materials based on approved submittals.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with vendors with regards to products being ordered.
- Issue purchase Orders to Vendors with all related documentation and templates for proper fabrication.
- Attend weekly scheduled meetings with Clients via Teams or Zoom and provide updates.
- Monitor production schedule with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep project files organized.
- Manage project revisions and issue change orders as necessary.
Skillset Required:
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical Working knowledge understanding Architectural Drawings used for Commercial Construction.
- Strong in excel using data filters at minimum to produce takeoffs quantifying doors and frames.
- Working Knowledge of ERP Systems and/or previous experience with Project Management Software.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam a plus
