<strong>Job Description And Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>The Jazan IGCC is the world’s largest IGCC and ASU facility producing 2100 MMSCFD syngas, 18,000 MT/Day Oxygen and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities and assets include residue gasification, acid gas clean up (Rectisol), soot ash recovery, Sulphur recovery (Claus & Scot), combined cycle power plants, materials handling systems, hydrogen recovery, air separation, water utilities systems and wastewater treatment facilities.<p><br></p><strong> Requirements of the Role: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Power Projects, Industrial Gases or Petrochemical projects. </li><li> Strong organizational, communication and facilitation skills. </li><li> Thorough understanding of P&I of Diagram, Piping Isometric Drawings, Plot plan, Equipment Layout and General Arrangement Drawings, Equipment Fabrication / shop drawings. </li><li> Have experience and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI B31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME section I, and other piping system installation related codes and standards. </li><li> Excellent written communication skills in English Language </li></ul> <strong> Responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provide engineering support to project development and project management activities (including scope, budget, schedule, execution strategies, risk plans, cost collection / reporting, etc.) for the execution of all projects and turnaround activities. </li><li> Work follow up with the contractors to complete the project within the time frame. </li><li> Coordinate with the client to get the required work permits to execute the Project and provide support to the Contractor </li><li> Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner. </li><li> Follow up and get approval from all stake holders on the Engineering package. </li><li> Develop SOW and get right field execution contractor. </li><li> Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support. </li><li> Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> PART 2: Candidate Requirements </strong><p><br></p><strong> Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities </strong> <strong> Work Experience: </strong><p><br></p>8 years relevant professional experience.<p><br></p><strong>Saudi Aramco Experience Preferred.</strong><p><br></p><strong> Essential </strong><strong> Knowledge & Experience: </strong><p><br></p>Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to Oil and Gas and Refining Industries (API, ISA, NEC / IEC, NFPA, ASME, etc.) and preferably also Saudi Aramco standards and working practices.<p><br></p><strong> Desired Knowledge & Experience: </strong><p><br></p><strong> Key Skills: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> MS Office </li><li> Primaveera / any other Project Management software </li></ul> <strong> Education & Certifications: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering </li><li> Preferred to have PMP Certification/ any other Project Management certification </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Req No.</strong><p><br></p>45679BR<p><br></p><strong>Employment Status</strong><p><br></p>Fixed Term (agency) – Full Time<p><br></p><strong>Organization</strong><p><br></p>Global Engrg Mfg Technology & Equipment<p><br></p><strong>Business Sector / Division</strong><p><br></p>EMEA EPC<p><br></p><strong>Region</strong><p><br></p>Middle East, Egypt, Turkey (MEET)<p><br></p><strong>Country</strong><p><br></p>Saudi Arabia
