<strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in project management or project engineering role is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of interior fit-out projects and associated processes.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li><li>Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Project Planning: Assist the Project Manager in developing a comprehensive project plan, including defining project objectives, establishing timelines, and determining resource requirements.</li><li>Budget Management: Support the Project Manager in overseeing the project budget, ensuring all expenses are properly accounted for and that the project stays within the allocated budget. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate prices and achieve cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project.</li><li>Team Coordination: Work closely with various stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth project execution. Assist in assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving conflicts or bottlenecks that may affect the project timeline.</li><li>Quality Control: Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure that the interior fit-out work meets the required quality standards and adheres to the client’s specifications. Assist in conducting regular inspections, performing quality checks, and addressing any deficiencies or deviations from the agreed-upon design and scope of work.</li><li>Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Assist in procuring materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&amp;E) required for the project. Liaise with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site.</li><li>Health and Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all health and safety regulations and standards are followed throughout the project. Identify potential risks, collaborate in implementing safety measures, and participate in regular safety inspections to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders. Support the Project Manager in providing regular project status updates to the client and management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and deviations from the original plan.</li><li>Time Management: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a detailed project schedule, identify critical paths, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Assist in proactively addressing any delays or obstacles that may impact the project timeline and support necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.</li><li>Post-Project Evaluation: Participate in conducting a thorough evaluation after project completion to assess the project’s success, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback from the client and project team. Contribute to using this information to improve future projects and enhance overall performance.<br></li></ul>
