Job Description
<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for job card preparation and its variations.</li><li>Responsible for raising requisitions for material of various projects.</li><li>Responsible for monthly site measurement, billing, and keeping material update records at site.</li><li>Responsible for inspection requests for approval from the consultants.</li><li>Responsible for daily allocation of laborers to various sites as per the site requirements.</li><li>Inspection request/check list for approval from the consultants/Main contractor.</li><li>Execution of works as per main contractors’ construction program.</li><li>Quality (visual inspection) & quantity verification to ensure the received goods are as per the SMR.</li><li>Estimation, quantity surveying, and quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.</li><li>Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for on-time delivery of the project.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring the project as per schedule.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience as project engineer</li><li>Supervisory and management skills are excellent</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, time management, leadership ability, as well as decision-making abilities</li><li>Communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Understanding of applicable codes, standards, policies, and best practices<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>EDUCATION AND TRAINING:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Vertical: Engineering</strong>
