Major Accountabilities:

Client Relationship:

– Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.
– Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
– Identifies, documents, communicates and meets the client’s requirements

Scope Management

– Compliance with Worley Project Management Standard.
– Compliance with requirements of the contract.
– Effective change control process application

Time Management

– Contributes to the development of overall project schedule.
– Supervises work in accordance with the approved schedule
General Accountabilities:
– Demonstrate the behaviour and business practices outlined in Worley Vision, codes, policies, procedures and standards (Processes). Ensure abidance to these Processes and guide personnel to access to them.
– Comply and keep up-to-date with the behaviour and business practices outlined in Worley Processes, and with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.

– Travel as required, including travel related to projects and to maintain links with other Worley offices.

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

– Job Specific Knowledge: project engineering experience on smaller projects with associated commercial and contractual experience
– Proven ability to coordinate small multi-discipline teams
