Project Supervisor:

1.Has to Initiate, Plan, Execute, monitor & control and close the units (Elevators, Esc, MWs) allocated, right from pre start works, coordination for material deliveries, unloading, team allocation, arranging tools & equipment’s, installation, testing & commissioning and handover of units.

2.Prepare detailed plan/schedule in micro level and closely monitor and control the tasks/activities and teams productive to complete the units and project as per contract commitments.

3.Coordinate closely with Project team, Engineering team to understand project specification, project compliance, delivery milestones and contract commitments.

4.Initiate and self driven to deliver safe and quality products as per project commitments with high customer satisfaction.

5.Carryout all EHS audits and checks required for the roles and responsibilities.

6.Coordinate closely with internal & external customers to meet the quality standards of the company in each stage of the installation and in big picture project completion.

7.Plan, schedule and coordinate closely and supervise the testing & commissioning activities for the units assigned.

8. Coordinate and perform material and work progress inspection with main contractors and consultants.

9.Plan and complete the monthly targets of units handover to maintenance team and customers, and ensure all snags/comments are rectified and completed.

10.Very active and carrying positive attitude to face daily challenges in the major project environment throughout the project lifecycle.
