Job Title: Project Engineer<br><br>Job Summary:<br>The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing all engineering and construction projects for ORO24 from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, design, construction, and field operations. This person will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets<br>• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery<br>• Manage project scope, risks, and issues<br>• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design and construction standards<br>• Review and approve project designs, specifications, and drawings<br>• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project reports, change orders, and closeout documents<br>• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, design, construction, or related field<br>• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering and construction projects<br>• Proficiency in project management tools and software<br>• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to construction and engineering projects<br><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• Professional Engineering (PE) license<br>• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field<br>Experience with project management software.<br><br>Working Conditions:<br>• This position requires occasional travel to project sites, which may include overnight stays<br>• This position requires work in both office and field environments, with exposure to construction sites .
