Job Description

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring the project falls within the budget and schedule
  • Lead the team of subcontractors and monitor their performance
  • Maintain material inventories on site and liaison with the suppliers to ensure availability of material on site
  • Generate and maintain project reports such as: progress reports, safety reports, inventory reports, and punch lists
  • Update technical reports as required by the technical teams
  •  Lead and assist project teams on Energy Audits
  •  Generate and maintain Measurement and Performance Reports
  •  Ensure quality of work and Health and Safety Guidelines

Job Requirement:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
  • Experienced Project Management Professional
  • Energy Certifications: Preferably PMP, CEM, CEA, or CMVP
