Job Description
- Oversee project execution, ensuring the project falls within the budget and schedule
- Lead the team of subcontractors and monitor their performance
- Maintain material inventories on site and liaison with the suppliers to ensure availability of material on site
- Generate and maintain project reports such as: progress reports, safety reports, inventory reports, and punch lists
- Update technical reports as required by the technical teams
- Lead and assist project teams on Energy Audits
- Generate and maintain Measurement and Performance Reports
- Ensure quality of work and Health and Safety Guidelines
Job Requirement:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Experienced Project Management Professional
- Energy Certifications: Preferably PMP, CEM, CEA, or CMVP
