Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Director to join our award-winning team based in Saudi Arabia. NOTE the role is in a very remote location and there are no facilities near by to support family members (i.e. schooling for children etc.)

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

– Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
– Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
– Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
– Ensuring the project meets financial objectives.
– Overseeing the development and implementation of the project management plan (PMP), communication and control procedures and systems of the various CM/CS teams
– Reviewing the development and maintenance of project specific risk management plans
– Managing preparation and delivering of progress reports for clients and senior management
– Identifying and resolving issues, including management, technical or administrative, to ensure that the project objectives are achieved
– Managing multiple teams and projects to ensure project delivery for clients in line with their expectations
– Demonstrating self-reliance and autonomy with strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.
