Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join their team. The Project Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects and should have a solutions-based mindset with a drive for performance excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging programs and make a visible impact within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government officials.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Lead and mentor project staff, including project managers and technical experts.
  • Ensure compliance with all project policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposals and presentations.
