Review project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine the required labor, materials, equipment, and other costs involved.</span></li><li><span>Cost monitoring and control: Monitor project costs throughout the marble fixing process, comparing actual costs against the budgeted amounts. Track labor hours, material usage, equipment rentals, and other expenses. Identify and address cost overruns or deviations, implementing corrective measures to bring costs back within budget.</span></li><li><span>Cost reporting and analysis: Prepare regular cost reports, including cost breakdowns, variance analysis, and financial performance summaries for marble fixing projects. Present cost-related information to project stakeholders, highlighting key cost drivers, areas of concern, and potential cost-saving opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Quality control and waste management: Implement quality control measures to ensure that marble fixing work meets specified standards. Monitor and minimize waste during the installation process, optimizing material usage and reducing costs associated with rework or excessive waste.</span></li></ol><p><br></p>
