Job Description

We are looking for a smart, ambitious and driven Project Coordinator with Interior Design /Fit out project experience to join us in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting and supporting the project manager.
• Monitor the progress of project.
• Maintaining project documentation such as plans and reports.
• Designing and controlling the project schedule.
• Preparing presentations to update company executives, team and stakeholders on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
• Communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
• Managing the project’s budget.
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
• Providing administrative support.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to
• Provide required information to Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects are managed
• Manage and monitor all sub-contractor works for compliance to their contracts
• Liaise with planning department in regards to design, engineering, production, logistics and installation scheduling
• Liaise with commercial department and Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications
• Liaise with procurement and production department on all technical procurement issues
• Prepare, monitor and track all PCO’s (Proposed Change Orders) and CO’s (Change Orders)
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to Senior Management and Client.
• Attend all designated meetings with Client or nominated representative, with sub-contractors, designers, site and office.
• Set up and maintain a well-structured site office and manage onsite fit-out supervisors.
• Coordinate the flow of information between sub-contractors.
