This is an excellent opportunity for your growth with a leading construction company that has huge growth potential.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Cost Engineering:</p><ul><li>Assists with the development and management of the cost control systems to provide project and company management with accurate financial information.</li><li>Performs some independent analysis of data, Creates presentations to illustrate cost status.</li></ul><p>Β· The Project Controls Engineer supports the tracking, updating and monitoring of cost control, and scheduling functions</p><p> </p><p>Planning and Scheduling:</p><ul><li>Implements and maintains Project Planning and Scheduling.</li><li>Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.</li><li>Develops and maintains less complex critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.</li><li>Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.</li><li>Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.</li><li>Reports schedule status to all levels of project and Company management as well as to the Client</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Degree in <strong>Civil Engineering </strong>with 7 yearsβ experience related to cost management, claims preparation and/or review with strong scheduling and outstanding Primavera knowledge.</li><li>Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, and cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis</li><li>Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.</li><li>Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.</li><li>Experience in infrastructure projects delivered by multi contracts execution.</li><li>Candidate whose experience has been predominantly with private consultancy firms on design projects is highly preferred.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Location: Neom – </strong>Tabuk </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Type of Employment: </strong>Permanent / Full time </p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>SAR 15000 β SAR 20000/Month</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you can expect from the employer </strong></p><p>An attractive tax-free salary. </p><p>Food, accommodation and transportation at site. </p><p>Paid annual vacation with air ticket.</p><p>Health insurance. </p><p>A clean and hygienic environment. </p><p>Working with decent / highly educated and professional team. </p><p>Opportunity to work with a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia.</p>
