As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of branding and creative projects for our clients. This position requires excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project objectives, scope, timelines, and budget.</li><li> Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.</li><li> Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.</li><li> Track project progress, manage deadlines, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.</li><li> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.</li><li> Allocate and manage resources, such as designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.</li><li> Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets.</li><li> Develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs based on client requirements.</li><li> Conduct thorough quality checks for branding materials, design assets, and other creative outputs before presenting them to clients.</li><li> Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project-related documentation.</li><li> Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication among team members.</li><li> Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance project coordination and overall agency efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business) or equivalent work experience.</li><li> Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a branding/creative agency.</li><li> Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.</li><li> Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency in creative deliverables.</li><li> Proficient in project management tools and software.</li><li> Knowledge of branding and creative processes, including design, copywriting, and marketing.</li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li> Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address project-related challenges.</li></ul><p><br></p>Join our team and be part of a creative agency that delivers exceptional branding solutions for our diverse range of clients.
