The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Assistant to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Project Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with various tasks, including project management, scheduling, and coordination of marketing initiatives. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and that all deadlines are met

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of marketing initiatives, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and maintaining project schedules
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and that all deadlines are met
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other related documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives
  • Manage the marketing team’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other related materials
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks, as needed

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management or marketing coordination role

Technical Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
