Job Description

– Keeping records of project costs on periodical basis – daily, weekly, monthly, and Job to date.
– Understanding the project costs, margin actuals based, comparing with budgets.
– Assisting in creating project-related documents and bills.
– Reconciling the project cost report on monthly basis with the actual financial report generated from ERP systems.
– Supporting project cost analysis and other reports assigned from time to time on projects financial information.
– Ensuring attention to detail to effectively analyze costs on the project.
– Visiting or Staying at Project site locations as and when required for work purposes.
– Analyzing project cost reports and communicating with Finance and Project Managers to review the status of projects costs for cost accruals and profitability.
