Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To support stable operations of critical systems within the IT Corporate space through the performance of basic programming tasks that help in function automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides ‘Level-2’ support for critical systems in the IT Corporate space.
- Contributes to resolving incident and support tickets within the agreed SLAs.
- Develops apps that will help automate manual processes and result in cost savings.
- Updates Management on system performance and stability, along with other key health metrics.
- Coordinates internal meetings with Business to communicate service level adherence.
- Monitors the systems to ensure high availability and reliable performance.
- Adapts to evolving technologies used in the company to perform complex programming tasks.
- Assists in user acceptance testing of any developed programs.
- Helps document user manuals and ‘help guides’ on all programs.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Education Level Required
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
Experience Specific Requirements
- Certification in at least 1 programming language (JAVA, C++ etc.)
- Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 1
Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
- Experience in cloud programming is desirable

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
