– Receiving calls from patients interested in the program and answering their questions on the program
– Getting the signed consent forms from patients
– Ensuring the enrollment of patients in the program
– Following-up with patients and offring them the suitable service in the program: Vouchers or Free of charge (FOC).
– Reporting to the client all activities related to the program, in collaboration with other patients coordinators and program managers.
