The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Surgical or a related field with expertise in Esoteric surgical techniques. They will be responsible for teaching, research, and academic support activities within the department. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and advancement of surgical education and research.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>1. Teaching and Course Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Delivering lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in the field of Surgical / Esoteric.</li><li>Developing course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.</li><li>Utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.</li><li>Providing guidance and mentoring to students, including advising on academic and career-related matters.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>2. Research and Scholarly Activities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting independent and collaborative research in Surgical / Esoteric fields and publishing research findings in reputable academic journals. </li><li>Seeking external research grants and funding to support research activities.</li><li>Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.</li><li>Participating in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to disseminate research findings and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.</li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>3.
