The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in English Language or a related field with expertise in literature and language education. They will be responsible for teaching, research, and academic support activities within the department. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and advancement of English language and literary education and research.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>1. Teaching and Course Development:</strong></p><p>· Delivering lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in English Language and Literature.</p><p>· Developing course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.</p><p>· Utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.</p><p>· Providing guidance and mentoring to students, including advising on academic and career-related matters.</p><p> </p><p><strong>2. Research and Scholarly Activities:</strong></p><p><span>· Conducting independent and collaborative research in English Language and Literature and publishing research findings in reputable academic journals.</span></p><p><span>· Seeking external research grants and funding to support research activities.</span></p><p><span>· Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.</span></p><p><span>· Participating in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to disseminate research findings and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>3.
