<strong>Key Accountabilities & Activities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Oversee and lead requirements discovery, solution design, business requirements gathering & writing, product development, and user acceptance testing. </li><li> Perform requirements analysis and process engineering. </li><li> Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. </li><li> Partners with the stakeholders and cross-functional team to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. </li><li> Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, use cases, workflows, business rules, and any artifacts needed to fulfill the product requirements document. </li><li> Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. </li><li> Conduct any activity needed to cover the business requirements gathering, utilizing international techniques & global standards, and follow the best practices </li><li> Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process. </li><li> Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise staff, and provide regular feedback on performance. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills & Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A local professional with +5 years of experience building digital government services/ products as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. </li><li> Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English. </li><li> Strong leadership skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage a wide number of different functional areas. </li><li> Creativity and critical thinking skills. </li><li> Analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li> Solid knowledge in the digitalization field, understating of emerging technologies. </li><li> A proven ability to motivate staff and provide appropriate developmental opportunities that increase operational performance.</li></ul>
