Production / Workshop Manager

One of the most Prominent Trading &amp; Contracting CO in Qatar specialized in Woods is seeking a driven and experienced *<strong>Production or workshop Manager*</strong> to oversee daily operations in the Woods manufacturing unit . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and team leadership, with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement production strategies to meet the requirements</li><li>Ensure all production goals and targets are met, with adherence to quality standards</li><li>Oversee production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime</li><li>Plan and implement cost-effective production methods and reduce waste</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material delivery complies with production needs</li><li>Monitor production costs and expenses to ensure profitability</li><li>Manage and lead production teams, promote a positive work environment, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experienced in the manufacturing industry in a similar role</li><li>Relevant Qualification </li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, project management, and quality control principles</li><li>Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve production processes and productivity</li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and critical deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with MDF, clipboard, Melamine</li><li>Technical knowledge, Panel saw or beam saw, edge banding , CNC router , hot pressing, HPL and so on</li></ul>
