Production Quality Specialist

Responsible for Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.
As a Production Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc
Perform and monitor quality control and product assurance testing for raw materials, in-process & Final product to help ensure products meet or exceed quality and reliability standards
Candidate will also generate certificate of analysis for products and approve all raw materials
Responsible for quality incident investigations using root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Maintaining monitoring and measurement equipment to ensure reliability of quality data relating to product specification
Taking ownership by maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification on site and acting as primary point of contact for internal & External audits as needed
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders in order to plan, execute and achieve overall Quality and growth targets.
Handles special projects as assigned
Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
Handles simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.

To be successful in this role you will:
Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
Fresh graduate or 0-1 Year of Experience.
Basic knowledge in ISO, preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills, English language.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate root cause analysis skills
Be familiar with ISO 9001
