Production Pharmacist

Job Description

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>1-Fulfilling packaging plan for products weekly.<br><br>2-Implementing GMP concepts through daily work.<br><br>3-Keeping the division KPIs in objectives.<br><br>4-Improving the personnel capabilities.<br><br>5-Fulfill the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.<br><br>6-Supervise duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers with coordination of packaging section head.<br><br>7-Monitor products packaging activities in compliance with the requirements of Sanofi &amp; GMP.<br><br>8-Ensure that all standard yields are maintained by production lines.<br><br>9-Ensure the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the packaging area &amp; personnel.<br><br>10-Ensure that all production equipment is maintained in good working condition.<br><br>11-Make sure the on-job training of production personnel is up to date.<br><br>12-Respecting standard labor &amp; machine hours.<br><br>13-Ensure production people are following gowning procedure before entering to the production areas.<br><br>14-Check the availability of adequate packaging materials &amp; utilities in the packaging department.<br><br>15-Decide either to reject or use packaging materials either before using upon trials or discovered on packaging process.<br><br>16-Updating SOPs used in packaging areas.<br><br>17-Training of subordinates, operators and workers for GMP, HSE guides and SOPs.<br><br><strong>Education:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy<br><br></li></ul><strong>Related Experience:<br><br></strong><ul><li>6 months of experience in Pharmaceutical Company<br><br></li></ul><strong>Special Knowledge/Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Excellent Computer Skills</li><li> Excellent Command of English</li><li> Management &amp; Leadership Skills</li><li> Good Communication Skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Play To Win Behaviors:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Stretch to go beyond the level we have operated at up until now</li><li>Take actions instead of waiting to be told what to do</li><li>Act in the interest of our patients and customers</li><li>Put the interests of the organization ahead of my own or those of our team<br><br></li></ul>At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
