YOUR ROLE

Maintain a safe work environment
Maintain a clean work environment in compliance with 5S housekeeping standards
Read, understand, and follow batch tickets for mixing operations and operating procedures.
Manually add 50-pound bags of raw materials to mixing vessels (>100 bags per shift)
Keep track of mixing times, etc., in order to progress multiple batches simultaneously  
Operate powered industrial trucks (forklift, walkie stacker, etc.); manual industrial equipment (drum pickers, etc.); powered industrial equipment (pelletizers, packaging equipment, etc.) and HMI control panels
Understand and execute basic computer functions to operate carton labeler
Ensure proper double-checks are completed and documented for verification of accuracy
Run / monitor multiple pieces of equipment at once
Accurately count and record production data
Load and unload finished goods and raw materials while maintaining accurate counts
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 55 lbs.
Must be able to function safely and efficiently in hot temperatures during warm weather months 

YOUR SKILLS

Must be able to pass Henkel’s basic skills assessment
 Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience, forklift experience
Special skills — Computer knowledge, ability to multi-task, dependable, trustworthy
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Wearing of appropriate PPE as required
Must be able to pass forklift certification and operate a forklift daily

The salary for this role is $24.28 – $35.20. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
