Production Manager

Job Description

1. Senior management participates in setting policies related to production and development of products and the introduction of new products.

2. Develop production plans and participate in setting plans for needs and maintenance in the factory in order to achieve sales targets and customer requirements.

3. Organizing the resources available in the factory and maximizing their optimal use to ensure the achievement of targets and budgets.

4. The Research and Development Department participates in product development and the introduction of new products

5. Responsible in front of the regulatory and governmental authorities and in front of senior management for the effective application of the quality assurance system to ensure the supply of products that conform to specifications and customer requirements.

6. Follows up the performance of the heads of production departments and overcomes difficulties to ensure the achievement of production targets.

7. Responsible for implementing the occupational safety and health system in the administration.

Skills

• A degree in business management would be advantageous.
