The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our production operations, ensuring that products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards and cost objectives. This role requires effective coordination and control of manufacturing processes, the ability to improve operational systems, and the drive to lead, inspire, and motivate a production team.<p><br></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department. </li><li>Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity. </li><li>Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow, and schedule. </li><li>Monitor production output, quality, and compliance regularly, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions if necessary. </li><li>Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to implement and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. </li><li>Prepare and maintain production reports and records. </li><li>Control production costs and implement cost-saving measures. </li><li>Collaborate with human resources in recruitment, training, and development of production staff. </li><li>Analyze production data and metrics, forecast production needs, and present reports to senior management. </li><li>Participate in budget development and oversee expenditure, ensuring the department operates within budget.</li></ul>
