Job Description
- Oversee the production process for fabrics and furniture, from planning to delivery, to ensure that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize production efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design, sales, and logistics, to ensure that customer requirements are met and that products are delivered on time.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues related to quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise a team of production personnel, including designers, technicians, and operators, to ensure that they are properly trained and capable of performing their duties.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve sustainability in the production process.
