Production Manager

Job Description

1. Oversee the production process for fabrics and furniture, from planning to delivery, to ensure that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize production efficiency and maximize profitability.
3. Collaborate with other departments, such as design, sales, and logistics, to ensure that customer requirements are met and that products are delivered on time.
4. Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues related to quality, safety, and efficiency.
5. Manage and supervise a team of production personnel, including designers, technicians, and operators, to ensure that they are properly trained and capable of performing their duties.
6. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
9. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve sustainability in the production process.
