<p>We are now looking for an experienced Production Manager for multiple clients and multiple projects in the Middle East.</p><p><br></p><p>We are particularly keen to hear from people with experience in exhibitions, large-scale events or who have the attention to detail to work with premium, luxury brands.</p><p><br></p><p>Three to four-month contracts are available with August/September starts. Currently, there are openings in UAE, KSA and Qatar.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>About the role:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Plan, strategize, and coordinate various events, focusing on exhibitions, large-scale events, and collaborations with premium, luxury brands.</li><li>Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client objectives and brand themes.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of event production from concept to post-event.</li><li>Manage logistics, including venue selection, vendor sourcing, and technical requirements.</li><li>Ensure smooth event operations and adherence to timelines.</li><li>Supervise event staff and facilitate effective team communication.</li><li>Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li><li>Production and technical experience of complex events.</li><li>Previous experience with large-scale events.</li><li>A minimum of 6 years of experience in event production</li><li>Utilize problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated on event production technology, equipment, and industry trends.</li><li>Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.</li><li>Strong Microsoft skillset especially excel</li><li>Ideally based in UAE with own visa</li><li>Strong organization, communication, and project/time management skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li></ul>
