This is a truly exciting opportunity for people who are passionate about growing their career!<br><br>As a <strong>Production machine operator, </strong>you will operate production equipment in accordance with the required safety, housekeeping, quality, and production standards.<br><br>Please be aware we are looking for <u>Saudi Nationals</u> solely.<br><br><strong>About you / What are we looking for?<br></strong><ul><li>Minimum of technical or vocational college.</li><li>English language speaking and writing as a must.</li><li>A minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Exposure to tissue manufacturing least of 3 months will be highly advantageous</li><li>The ability and skill to solve problems, able to deal with complexity. Lean &amp; 5s skills are plus</li><li>A sound technical know-how</li><li>Overtime flexibility is a must wherever requested by a team leader<br></li></ul><strong><u>Your Daily Duties Will Include<br></u></strong><ul><li>abiding Environment, Health and Safety rules</li><li>checking for visual defects and measure basic parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards</li><li>taking appropriate corrective action</li><li>making adjustments to the machine on instruction from the Quality Associate</li><li>maintaining world-class levels of housekeeping according to the 5’s housekeeping standards</li><li>communicating with outgoing shift (hand over)</li><li>checking for housekeeping and safety opportunities</li><li>preparing and load raw materials and packaging as required on the machine</li><li>running the machine, monitor, and make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality, waste, and productivity standards.</li><li>reporting any major deviations or defects to Team Leader</li><li>participating in changeovers as required<br></li></ul><strong><u>Total Benefits<br><br></u></strong>We offer competitive pay and benefits to employees and reward excellence and performance.
