<p>IQFoods is the leading Manufacturer and Supplier of IQF smoothies and fruit mixes in the Middle East.</p><p><br></p><p>Our mission is to bring authentic, innovative food solutions to businesses and consumers across the GCC, North Africa and Asia, and currently supply our premium products to over 900 Food &amp; Beverage outlets, including 5-star hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, cinemas and theme parks.</p><p><br></p><p>As we continue our rapid expansion we are seeking an experienced and driven Production and Warehouse Manager specialist for our global operation based in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>Job description</p><p>If you are driven, focused, diligent and self-motivated professional with experience in a food manufacturing and frozen fruit purchasing, you should apply. </p><p><br></p><p>As a Production and Warehouse Manager you will hold a critical role in making sure our customers always receive the right product, at the right time &amp; in full every time. </p><p><br></p><p>The role includes, but is not limited to:</p><ul><li>Demand Planning</li><li>Procurement</li><li>Raw materials ordering</li><li>Packaging materials ordering</li><li>Other materials that we are using in our manufacturing and operations</li><li>Production Planning</li><li>Quality Control</li><li>Shift Scheduling</li><li>Responsible for all products that leaves our warehouse</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We will offer you a key position in a young and dynamic team and will join the company in an exciting stage where we are growing from the regional leader into a global force.</p><p><br></p><p> We will value the following skills and attributes:</p><p>• Confident and well presented</p><p>• Good communication skills</p><p>• Punctual</p><p>• Passionate and agile </p><p><br></p><p>Successful candidates should have:</p><p>• 3-5 years of frozen food manufacturing planning, managing and procurement experience</p><p>• Previous experience with S&amp;OP process and demand and supply forecasting</p><p>• Experience from supplier and procurement activities </p><p>• Excellent written and verbal command of English language</p><p><br></p><p>Own Car is a must </p><p><br></p><p>Employment Type</p><p>Full-time</p><p><br></p>
