How can you help?

By creating user-friendly interfaces that enable users to understand how to use complex technical products.

1. Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

· Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.

· Executing tests on software usability.

· Run manual and automated tests

· Execute all levels of testing

· Test in different environments including web and mobile

· Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

· Monitor the testing and the test environment, using appropriate tools, and gather performance metrics

· Identify and report any bugs or issues within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users

· Identify business requirements, and interacting with clients to understand product requirements

· Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

· Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle

1. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Area of knowledge:

· A bachelor’s degree in computer science

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.

Technical skills:

· Advanced knowledge of debugging codes and software development languages

· Strong working knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows is a must along with extensive experience in software development and testing

· Ability to collate data and compile test reports.
