Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Follow up with the customers based on the customers list.
- Arrange Inspections of the plant and visits for customers.
- Provide timely and accurate technical reports for the customers as and when required.
- Obtain Customer Enquiries on Services or Machine repairs liaising with the Service Dept.
- Obtain Parts enquiries from customers and process it liaising with Parts Dept.
- Prepare Daily &Monthly reports, Annual Maintenance contracts and preventive Maintenance contracts
- Follow up customers machines in the workshop & update the customer with feedback.
- Obtain Market Feedback for the latest projects to provide the same to the Sales Dept
- Analyse customer complaints & take action to resolve issues.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higher
- Experience: 3-6 years of min exp
- Skills : Negotiation skills, MS office, good communication skills
