Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Follow up with the customers based on the customers list.
  • Arrange Inspections of the plant and visits for customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate technical reports for the customers as and when required.
  • Obtain Customer Enquiries on Services or Machine repairs liaising with the Service Dept.
  • Obtain Parts enquiries from customers and process it liaising with Parts Dept.
  • Prepare Daily &Monthly reports, Annual Maintenance contracts and preventive Maintenance contracts
  • Follow up customers machines in the workshop & update the customer with feedback.
  • Obtain Market Feedback for the latest projects to provide the same to the Sales Dept
  • Analyse customer complaints & take action to resolve issues.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Experience: 3-6 years of min exp
  • Skills : Negotiation skills, MS office, good communication skills
