<p>overview Al-Hammad Company has distinguished itself as a leader in the Saudi medical services industry for more than 30 years, by providing the latest technology in devices, consumables and turnkey project services. and we are looking for a suitable product specialist candidate with sufficient skills to achieve the company’s goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Strategy and Planning&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.</p><p>-&nbsp;Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development.</p><p>Sales Analysis – Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.</p><p>Sales Coordinator – Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities.</p><p>-&nbsp;Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities. </p><p>-&nbsp;Assist in new product introduction and release activities. </p><p>-&nbsp;Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management and sales solutions.</p><p>-&nbsp;Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.</p><p>-&nbsp;Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.</p><p>Customer service </p><p>- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.</p><p>-&nbsp;Resolving customer problems as needed</p><p>-&nbsp;Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>-&nbsp;Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.</p><p>Marketing&nbsp;- Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.</p><p>-&nbsp;Conduct product and sales trainings to marketing team. </p><p>-&nbsp;Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Biomedical engineering or any a medical background.</li><li>experiences at least 2 years in medical sales.</li><li>Good English language</li></ul><p><br></p>
