<p><strong>Scope of Responsibility</strong></p><p> To assist the Brand Head of Jetour specific to:</p><p>a. Product life cycle management for the brands assigned to him/her</p><p>b. Brand custodians for their allocated products from CI to orders, specification management, pricing management, margin analysis, sales analysis, product rationalization, competitive analysis, etc</p><p>c. Lead the department to manage efficiently and effectively the vehicle planning, vehicle stock ordering and the compilation of the relevant reports, in order to achieve the sales target agreement with MANUFACTURER and to keep an appropriate stock level. Create an attractive product portfolio according to market requirements and perform market and competitor analysis.</p><p><strong>Market and competitor analysis</strong></p><p>- Monitor competitor activities in the local market such as pricing and/or sales related processes and propose improvement measures</p><p> <strong>2. Product Management</strong></p><p>- Prepare and recommend equipment level and product positioning to Head of Marketing </p><p>- Develop and implement with Head of Marketing pricing and discount policy in accordance with company and MANUFACTURER policies</p><p><strong>3.Stock Monitoring and Ordering Management</strong></p><p>- Manage vehicle stock level in accordance with company policies</p><p>- Ensure order planning of vehicles from the manufacturer based on sales forecast and annual sales targets</p><p><strong>Reporting and MANUFACTURER Coordination</strong></p><p>- Ensure regular reporting on vehicle sales and stock management as required by UMG/BRAND and company management</p><p>- Ensure daily update of UMG/BRAND – reporting system when required</p><p>- Coordination with (MANUFACTURER) brand teams on new model developments, specs, pricing and coordinating with the relevant people in UMG/BRAND for timely and accurate (price, colours, trims, etc.) orders. </p><p>- Competitive price tracking in liaison with external agency.</p><p><strong>5.</strong> <strong>Sales Assistance</strong></p><p>- Coordinate support of Sales Consultants with configuration of new cars </p><p>- Ensure calculation of sales prices of special cars based on specifications given by Sales Consultants</p><p> <strong>7.</strong> <strong>Data Management</strong></p><p>- Ensure that franchise data are up-to-date in DMS</p><p>- Ensure data input and management into DMS from order input to sale</p><p>- Ensure filing of vehicle documents according to company policies and legal requirements</p><p> <strong>8. Claim Management</strong></p><p>- Ensure compilation and timely submission of required documents to MANUFACTURER for supported deals</p><p><strong> 9. Process Management</strong></p><p>- Streamline sales administration and related processes</p><p>- Coordinate implementation and monitoring of agreed processes</p><p></p>
