Rewaa is a fast growing technology company based in Riyadh, we help business owners increase their sales and lower operational cost by using cloud based Inventory and sales management system. Rewaa is used by over 20k retailers across the MENA region and growing by 30% month over month.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Director to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for our suite of cutting-edge retail technology products. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our product positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy to attract and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the B2B SaaS and retail technology landscapes, as well as a proven track record of driving successful product marketing
Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that effectively communicates the value proposition and unique selling points of our product offerings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and target audience

Create and maintain a library of product marketing materials, such as sales collateral, website content, case studies, and whitepapers, that effectively articulate our product benefits

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, and utilize these insights to inform our product marketing strategy

Develop product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and target audience segmentation, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a successful launch

Track and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts

Serve as a subject matter expert and evangelist for our product offerings, both internally and externally, by presenting at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plusCompetencies

8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and retail technology industries

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns

Strong knowledge of the B2B SaaS sales process and the retail technology landscape

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively communicate complex concepts

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to track and optimize marketing performance

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Work Environment

The job holder is to perform their duties in the office as it requires communication with employees at all levels.
