Developed by insurance company (QIC) to address its end-to-end business requirements after several off-the-shelf solutions were evaluated and found lacking.</p><p>has context menu.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><ul><li>Define product strategy and roadmap to align with company vision and goals.</li><li>Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful delivery.</li><li>Collect and manage requirements from stakeholders across product releases.</li><li>Monitor and improve product performance based on defined metrics and feedback.</li><li>Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders and third parties.</li><li>Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for development team.</li><li>Track releases and participate in agile meetings and project activities.</li><li>Support frontend developers and troubleshoot issues in Java.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 12 years experience in Insurance Technology industry</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.</li><li>Experience in the insurance industry, specifically general insurance.</li><li>Proficiency in Java programming.</li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li><li>Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies</li><li>Strong systems analysis, problem-solving, and design skills</li></ul><p></p>
