<strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>A Corporate Salary Product Manager would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current corporate salary Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing corporate salary portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.<br><br><strong><u>Roles & Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>Product Management – Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products<br><br>Develop new product variants for new segments<br><br>Conduct Competition Benchmarking – Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation<br><br>Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required<br><br>Identify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio<br><br>Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers<br><br>Product training and awareness<br><br>Channel support and query resolution<br><br>Customer communication
