(Hybrid Work From Home)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and drive product strategy based on market trends and customer needs</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and design teams to plan and develop product requirements</li><li>Create and manage the product roadmap and master backlog</li><li>Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Lead product launches and work with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategy</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech company</li><li>Strong technical background with an understanding of the software development process</li><li>Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with product &amp; project management tools, such as Jira or Asana, is a plus</li><li>Experience in UI/UX design is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Description &amp; Success Criteria:</strong></p><p>At Proxidize, we are trailblazers.
