Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for a Product Manager for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.
Job Summary:
Our partner is on the look for a Product Manager who would be responsible for setting and managing the product roadmap and guiding teams and stakeholder through to success. S/he collaboratively shapes the future of current/new products lead side by side with digital colleagues to define and deliver solutions and ensure the business’ ability to deliver the right solution to the market by managing the four key aspects of a product: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability. The position may also include marketing, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Will work with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and user goals are met. The Product Manager provides deep product expertise needed to make strategic product decisions. They often analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. As an integrative member of the b_labs team, s/he is actively contributing to the creation of a safe, collaborative, growth-focused, purposeful, values-driven, and diverse company culture across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities:
- Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
- Leads end to end team output strategy from inception to production
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
- Develops and maintains KPIs and quantitative measures of product success that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levels
- Works closely with CPO to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos
- Is a key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basis
- Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
- Aligns outward facing product requirements and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Has Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry
- Is a strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
- Has a proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technologyand supporting industry principles
- Has experience with B2C digital products
- Has understanding and knowledge of various roles at a retail branch level and how they interact with product offering
- Has experience in agile ways of working across an interdisciplinary team
- Understands relationship with Product Manager, Scrum Master, Design Lead and rest of technical team
- Has strong verbal and written communication skillswith ability to deliver complex messages, explain trade-offs, and tell a compelling story –also for corporate stakeholders
- Has experience in operating in diverse and international settings and strong network within the Egyptian tech ecosystem preferrable
- Is able to communicate and report to leadership in a goal-oriented manner
- Is acutely aware of, curious about, and able to leverage the benefits and potential of teams’ cultural differences and diverse backgrounds
- Fosters a sense of belonging and trust-based relationship with the team
- Inspires and encourages teams and individuals to expand and realize their potential
