If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for the marketability and profitability of products.</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with key personnel in assigned portfolio.</li><li>Identify and implement a comprehensive strategy for product enhancement.</li><li>Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization.</li><li>Build a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to enhance their skills as required including products and engagement skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelors’ Degree.</strong> MBA is a plus. </li><li><strong>Minimum 10+ years of banking experience with proven experience in product management, preferably within the UAE.</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial cards and business credit cards.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
